Baines Roofing had the full waterproofing package at 100 Shorditch High Street. Which involved installing Radmat's permaquik hotmelt system to the large main roof which was an overlay to the existing waterproofing. The main roof was finished with radmats ProTherm insulation, ballast and slabs.

There was also 3 large terrace ares that we waterproofed using Radmats paraflex system and finished with PIR cut to fall insulation and Minster Stone Paving.
