The Material Store was made up four large apartment blocks, a large podium deck and a large number of balconies and terraces.

Baines roofing undertook the entire waterproofing package on this project. We used Radmat's PermaQuik hotmelt system on all the main roofs and the podium deck. Radmat's Paraflex cold applied waterproofing System was used on the balconies and terraces.

A double layer of radmat Insulation was used on all areas and finished with amazing green roofs and communal areas by the the principle contractor.

This Building featured heavily in the first episode of Channel 4's The Circle.
